Training Calendar & Schedule

Training image1% Dojo follows the Idaho school calendar in terms of training dates. Classes are always scheduled after school.

When students are on break from school, classes are typically resumed when vacation is over.

During these breaks, students have the option to pursue private lessons for 1:1 instruction. Students who attend private and group lessons tend to perform better than those who attend group lessons alone.

Typical Class Structure
  1. 15-20 minutes of stretching, warm-up strikes and shadow boxing.
  2. 20-30 minutes of positions, escapes and sweeps.
  3. 3-5 minute sparring matches (flow rolling) without submissions.
  4. 30-60 minutes of transitions and submissions.
  5. 5-8 minute sparring matches (mechanical rolling) with submissions.
